After getting up, One tip for minimizing interruptions is to take a proactive approach and spend 30 minutes planning your full day routine like all the activities you want to perform in a whole day. You won’t believe, all the world greatest leaders like Mark Zuckerberg, Elon Musk etc. have their entire schedule planned a months below. So, just making the rough outline of your activities can help you to use your time work best for you effectively and efficiently.
4. You are not a Robot
No, i am not taunting you, in fact just reminding you that you are not a Robot, because wise to wiser person thinks that they can do all the work simultaneously like driving a car and talking on phone or eating a lunch with your partner and at the same time talking with your boss can make you day worse.
So, mark my words and do one work at a time, complete it and then move onto the next task.

TIP: I prefer to indulge in the tactile experience of reading a physical book, rather than staring at a screen to read the novels.
6. No likes me
You might be wondering how No likes me, so let me tell you i have already learnt to say No for all the work that will waste my time or not help me in achieving my goals like master the art of time management. Saying this, i mean to say priotise yourself first or give time to your self care should your first priority because in taking care of the family, we forget ourselves.
Also, start learning saying no to all the tasks and activities that are not essential to you and your family, now following this make your own rules.
